Yep, there’s a real person behind Plateau MediaWorks.

Plateau MediaWorks, LLC, is run by Nancy Riccio — designer, content and code wrangler, and CSS enthusiast. She not only has over 20 years of professional writing experience, but she has also designed and built custom Web sites and online applications for businesses and nonprofit organizations for over 16 years.

She earned a Certificate in Technical Writing & Editing from the University of Washington in 1998 and has conducted workshops in writing and Web design.

A former hydrogeologist, Nancy has a particular affinity for developing sites for science professionals. She also runs Plateau Technical Communication Services, an Arizona-based company that specializes in writing, editing, and designing technical documents for the earth science, environmental, and water resources fields. Nancy is also the Communications Director for the Arizona Hydrological Society.
