Nancy Riccio
Nancy is a designer, content and code wrangler, and CSS enthusiast. She not only has over 20 years of professional writing experience, but she has also designed and built custom Web sites and online applications for businesses and nonprofit organizations for over 10 years. She earned a Certificate in Technical Writing & Editing from the University of Washington in 1998, and she has conducted workshops in writing and Web design for many years. Nancy is also a recovering hydrogeologist and an award-winning songwriter. In addition to Plateau MediaWorks, Nancy runs Plateau Technical Communication Services, a Flagstaff-based company that specializes in writing, editing, and designing technical documents for the earth science, environmental, and water resources fields.
Julie Sullivan
A well known art director and graphic designer in northern Arizona, Julie has won numerous awards for her work and has a strong reputation built on over 30 years of experience. After working as a designer and creative director for many years in the Bay area, Julie brought her unique artistic skills to Flagstaff in 1990, where she owned and directed a thriving design company specializing in all areas of print media. Julie not only creates exceptional Web designs, but she also excels in visual identity development, package design, and book design. Her clients have included both local and national businesses as well as many nonprofit organizations. In addition to her association with Plateau MediaWorks, she heads Julie Sullivan Design & Lucky Girl Productions.
