Plateau MediaWorks, LLC, is run by Nancy Riccio, a designer, content and code wrangler, and CSS enthusiast. She not only has over 20 years of professional writing experience, but she has also designed and built custom Web sites and online applications for businesses and nonprofit organizations for over 10 years. She earned a Certificate in Technical Writing & Editing from the University of Washington in 1998, and she has conducted workshops in writing and Web design for many years. Nancy is also a recovering hydrogeologist and an award-winning songwriter. In addition to Plateau MediaWorks, Nancy runs Plateau Technical Communication Services, a Flagstaff-based company that specializes in writing, editing, and designing technical documents for the earth science, environmental, and water resources fields.
